WELCOME TO THE THATCHER SCHOOL CAFETERIA HOME PAGE
WELCOME to the Thatcher School Cafeteria Website.
We hope all students will come and try our many selections for breakfast and lunch.
We try to have a wide variety of foods throughout the month.
In our main line selections we offer a main dish, vegetables, fruit, bread and milk. For students in grades 4 thru 12 we have a well stocked salad bar that includes a main dish, salad with several dressings to choose from, croutons, veggies, nuts, fruit, soup of the day, pudding and milk.

Feel free to print a copy each month for reference.
MEAL PRICES LOCATED AT BOTTOM OF MENU.
Parents, if you have a child that is allergic to a certain food, please send a Doctors note to their school nurse, so we can be more aware of their needs.
ALL student families are encouraged to apply for the National School Lunch Program for free or reduced meal prices. This program can provide free or reduced price breakfast and lunch to your children attending school. Applications and guidelines are available in each school office. One application will cover all siblings in all grades. ALL applications and resulting meal price reductions are kept in the STRICTEST CONFIDENCE. The cafeteria cashier computer does not show a student’s status when they “purchase” a meal. The computer system does it all internally.
Grades Kindergarten-6th Grade
The cashier will notify students when their account has a balance of less than $10.00 (7 days of lunches). The student will be reminded each day that their account needs a deposit. This gives the students 7 days to bring in a meal deposit.
Grades 7th, 8th, High School
The cashier will notify students when their account has a balance of less than $11.00 (7 days of lunches). The cashier will remind the student each day that their account needs a deposit. Meals CAN NOT be purchased UNTIL A DEPOSIT IS MADE. This gives the student 7 days to bring in a meal deposit.
Parents with students on a family account should remember $10.00 would only cover 1 or 2 days if there are several children on one account. Parents need to encourage their children to bring home the payment reminders.
Parents with students attending High School, Middle School or lower grades should send a separate check for the High School account to the High School Bookstore and a separate check for the students in Middle School or lower grades to their school office. Grades K-8 can be linked to a family account and paid with one check. Please have money or checks to the school office before 9:30 am.
<Parents, please keep an adequate amount of money in your students account to help the cafeteria avoid any problems or embarrassment for your student.
